Terms and Conditions: By providing payment for either the Beginner Driver Education (BDE) program or private lessons, all individuals agree to the following terms and conditions. Upon registration, students enrolled in the BDE program are required to complete all 30 hours of theory and homework before scheduling any in-car lessons. A valid G1/G2 license must be presented for each in-car lesson. Students must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for lesson cancellations. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a cancellation fee of $70 per hour for each missed lesson. Proper footwear is required for all in-car lessons. Sandals and flip-flops are prohibited by law, and if a student arrives wearing flip-flops, the lesson will be canceled, and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Re-booking must occur at the time of cancellation to ensure the continuity of the program. All lessons must be completed within 365 days of registration in compliance with MTO regulations. Failure to complete the program within this timeframe will necessitate repurchasing the course and starting from the beginning. Should a student miss or cancel three in-car lessons without providing the requisite 24-hour notice, they will be removed from the program with no refund issued. Students are expected to attend in-car lessons punctually and in appropriate attire. A full lesson fee of $70 per hour will be charged if a student fails to attend or arrives more than 15 minutes late. Any student exhibiting disruptive, insubordinate, or unsafe behavior will be excused from the lesson and required to reschedule. If an instructor attempts to correct the behavior three times, a $70 fine will be imposed, and the student may be expelled from the program with no refund. Inappropriate behavior, at any time, may result in immediate dismissal from the program. Students found to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be immediately dismissed from the program with no refund and will not be permitted to re-enroll. The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited during in-car lessons unless the vehicle is parked safely and the instructor provides consent. All devices must be set to silent prior to the start of the lesson, and compliance with this policy is mandatory for the duration of the lesson. Time spent with the instructor is regarded as formal learning, while time spent practicing with parents or siblings is considered personal practice. Regular practice between lessons is critical to the student’s progress. Instructors will assign homework after each lesson, which must be completed and demonstrated in the following lesson. Students who fail to practice will have their lessons canceled until sufficient progress and commitment to the course are demonstrated. This is particularly important, given the MTO requirement for all lessons to be completed within one year of registration. In the event that a student is involved in an collision during a lesson, they will be immediately removed from the program without a refund. However, if the student was following the instructor’s guidance at the time of the incident, an evaluation and investigation will be conducted.Refund Policy(Required) I agree to the Refund Policy.Beep Beep Driving School Inc. Refund Policy: Beep Beep Driving School Inc. does not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as serious illness (with a valid medical certificate) or death. Refunds, if granted, will be prorated based on the time spent in the program, including MTO fees and administrative costs.
